Screw Feed Hammer Mill Crusher

• Auger controls feed rate to the crusher
• Air flow through the crusher is restricted by the auger
• Easy access for replacement of hammers and screens
• Compact size
• Product size may be varied by changing the screen type
• Suitable for coal and minerals that are easily crushed

Features:

• Combined feeder and crusher in a single unit
• Stainless steel screw feeder (auger)
• Single rotor with replaceable manganese steel hammers
• Stainless steel sizing screens available with a range of apertures
• Two models with nominal capacities of 2 and 6 t/hr Suitable for nominal feed size of 50 mm for model SC-2T and 75 mm for model SC-6T

Other Available Features:

• Variable feed rate – 20 to 100 percent of nominal capacity
• Reversal auger for discharge of uncrushed sizing samples or bias
