By the completion of the course you will be able to describe the purpose of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS). You will also be able to explain the purpose, requirements and reasoning for ISO 22000:2005 and how it aids the continual improvement of the FSMS.
The training is an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of a FSMS based on ISO 22000. If you plan to complete other FSMS training, such as internal auditing and the Lead Auditor Training, you will receive during this training the knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000 upon which to build auditing skills.
